A bright and end cap insertion machine was redesigned, manufactured and integrated. 
The machine has a control with PLC AB, safety curtains, optical button, sensors to detect gray sponges on black plastic, on length, sensor for detection of end cap, type of bright (black and chrome), in addition to sensors for correct position detection between profile and bright cap.

Mechanically, it is made a complete refurbish in structure, machined, bases, supports, security guards, laminate and paint.
In the control system, you can include PLC, panel view, safety curtains, optical buttons, security switches on guards, etc.
